At Digital Marketing Department, we help nonprofits and mission-driven organizations fulfill their missions by sharing their stories with the right people in the right way. We do this by teaching our clients to marry their organizational and communications goals with technology.
Help you fulfill your mission by sharing your stories.
As married business partners, we value honesty, partnership, and integrity. We work with our partners to build quality products, programs, and plans that avoid fly-by-night tricks and result in long-term success.

Roman Schauer
A seasoned entrepreneur, Roman has the first-hand experience and technical acumen to know what your organization’s marketing engine needs. He started in newspapers and spent 4 years as an editor and reporter for a daily, so he’s a real content hound. Then he started a web design and hosting company. He’s managed client projects ranging from blog posts to complex web application builds, and almost everything in between. He’s worked with mom and pops as well as large multi-national corporations and organizations such as Sony/BMG, the US Air Force, VTech Phones, and many others. His background building and managing companies ensures he understands both organizational and technical issues. His years in journalism mean he’s crafty with words. Now, after spending four years assisting major record labels with viral and social marketing, Roman can help your nonprofit find its voice and share it through social and mobile technology.
